An early start again today. We had breakfast at 6:30 and
then met in the lobby at 7:50 ready for our walking tour of Prague. The coach
took us up to the Castle District about a 15 minute drive and dropped us off.
We did lots of walking today – 4 ½ hours on a not too cool day. We walked all
around the Castle – the largest one according to the Guinness Book of Records -
& through the St Vita’s Cathedral. We then walked back to the Old Town
Square after walking through the old area and over the Charles Bridge. We got
back to the hotel about 1:00.
My poor feet were wrecked & swollen so laid with them up the wall for half an hour. We had a bite to eat & decided to rest before getting ready to go out to the special dinner tonight.
