This morning we did a short bus tour of Dublin.
Rather than
stay in town we went back to the hotel as I was not feeling well – sinus headache,
so I had a snooze before we went out to get some lunch. At 2:00pm we went to
the Guinness Storehouse where we saw the process for making Guinness. We then
got to pull a pint of Guinness & drink it – not too bad at all.
Then it was
back to the hotel at 4:30. Some were going to an Irish Craic but we just had
dinner in the hotel.
Hey you two it looks like you are having a terrific time. Was thinking of you both today, so went into the Blog for a catch-up. Are the people on the tour nice???? Weather completely different to Europe - hope you are coping with it ok, it looks similar to what we are experiencing in Sydney at the moment. Noticed you went to the Tattoo, so jealous as it is something I have always wanted to do. I will continue to enjoy your postings, especially the photos. Keep yourselves safe. Julie xx
ReplyDeleteHi Julie. We are having a good time. Our travelling companions are a mixed crew & a lot don't bother to mix or are at bars or pubs at every opportunity. We keep pretty much to ourselves. The Tattoo was fantastic & is something we had wanted to see for a long time. We are starting to get a bit tired now but not too long to go now.
