Paris 11 July
Today was the official first day of our tour. We all met in
the foyer of the hotel at 8:15 ready to board the coach for our sightseeing
tour of Paris.
Following the coach tour we boarded a boat for a river cruise on
the Seine River.
We arrived back at the hotel about 1:30 so we could have
some time to rest & be ready for our afternoon’s entertainment. We were to
travel to Montmarte to see St Peters Bascillica and to have a special dinner at
a French Restaurant.
The menu consisted of Escargot/French Onion Soup, Duck a l’Orange
and chocolate cake for dessert. A very nice meal.
