The scenery today was very different from yesterday. We
passed through 11 locks overnight. It is very interesting to watch the process.

We were heading towards Freudenberg where we were bused to Miltenberg and
undertook a guided walking tour. We arrived early so went ashore but then were
recalled to the ship as we had to move to make way for a Scenic ship. We idled
in the middle of Main River until 2:00 when the Scenic Opal moved off & we
were able to moor once again to commence our touring.

We returned to the ship by bus which had moved on to
Wertheim a further 27km on. No sooner were we aboard than we continued our journey
along the river at 6:20pm heading to our morning destination.
